These sleeves are great for Police Evidence Departments to create safe storage solutions.

Knife Sleeves for 10" Chef Knives - 10 in. X 3 in. for Larger Chef Knives, like the type typically found in Commercial Kitchens. Please Note the 3" Width as thinner chef knives may not stay in.

Knife Sleeves for 8" Chef Knives - 8.5 in. X 2 9/16 in. for 8" Medium Chef Knives, like the type typically found in Commercial Kitchens. Please Note the 2 9/16" Width as thinner chef knives may not stay in.

Knife Sleeves for 9" Steak & Breaking Knives - 10.5 in. X 2.5 in.- Great for boning, fillet, utility, skinning, and breaking knives. Please Note the 2.5" Width as thinner chef knives may not stay in. Shorter knives that will work in a 2.5" width can be used with the remainder of the sleeve cut off from the top. Bottom has taper of about 1", so the longest part is 10.5" (length), and the other side of the bottom is 9.5" (length).

Knife Sleeves for 6" Paring & Fillet Knives - 6.5 in. X 5/16 in. for Paring, Boning, Fillet, and Utility Knives, like the type typically found in Commercial Kitchens. Please Note the 5/16" Width as thin paring may not stay in. They are tapered at the bottom so that one side is 6.5" and the other side is 6.0"
