How it works: After purchasing your Sharpening Service, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions and a link to get your free shipping label. After following the link, follow the prompts, print out your label, package securely and send us your blade.
MEAT GRINDER PLATES & KNIVES
We can sharpen and resurface your Meat Grinder Plates and Knives to keep you grinding productively! This can save you money as well as time and hassle from sharpening them yourself. We can also get some of the surface rust off of them. Prices are the same for most sizes - #8, #12, #22, #32. #52 plates have an additional charge.
ROBOT COUP BLADES
Robot Coup blades are expensive, but there's no need to keep buying new ones every time they go dull. Many of our customers keep 2 or 3 blades and just rotate them out as needed. We match the angle of the blade to bring up fresh metal. Then we deburr and hone each side of the blade so it's cutting like new again. We can sharpen all straight blade models of Robot Coup blades (R2, R100, R3, R301D, R401). Please wrap the blades in plastic or towels to keep them from getting damaged in transit.
NEMCO EZ Slicer BLADES
We can keep your Nemco blades cutting your vegetables consistently. When the blades dull, they are tearing your vegetables apart. This will cause them to spoil more quickly, increasing your food costs. Just send us your dull ones and we will get them back in proper shape. The EZ Slicer blade sharpening price is for a set of 2.

Your Kitchen Knives and Scissors are the heartbeat of your kitchen or butcher shop. While you're sending in your various blades, include some kitchen knives and scissors to save even more time and money. We will get them professionally sharpened in 2 to 3 business days and on the way back to you.
